Wickford Post Implementation Survey

This survey is regarding the Wickford Active Travel Fund 2 works shown below and asks about you, your travel habits and how the streets are experienced in relation to the above works in order to understand the effectiveness of the scheme. It also asks about your barriers to travelling actively for shorter trips and what might encourage you to do so.

The survey will be running from the 1st October to the 31st of October.

    Location and works descriptions:

    • Healthy School Streets (Grange Avenue, Elder Avenue, Bromford’s Drive, Hyde Way): Raised speed table on entrance, Signing & Lining, Thermoplastic Warning Signs, Temporary Road Art & 20's Plenty Signs.
    • Nevendon Road & Browning Drive: Traffic Calming measures (inc. 5x raised tables/ junction/ crossing & 2x raised cushions), 20mph speed limit with associated signing & lining, 1x new traffic island, improvements to all signing/lining, surfacing & paving plus vegetation clearance on Browning Drive
