Myland Primary School

After engaging with the community in 2023, co-designed measures were implemented in spring/summer 2026 to enhance safety for children, families, and people travelling to and from Myland Primary School.

What has been introduced?

  • 20mph speed limit
  • Red route restrictions:
    1. Double red lines: No stopping or dropping off at any time.
    2. Single red line: No stopping or dropping off between 8:30–9:30am and 2:45–3:45pm.
  • Widened footway protected with pencil bollards
  • Increased presence of Enforcement Officers

These measures are designed to enhance safety for children, families, and people travelling to and from Myland Primary School.
