Harlow: Town centre to The Pinnacles
We have received funding from Active Travel England to improve the walking and cycling facilities from Fourth Avenue to the underpass at Netteswell Orchard.
The public consultation for this route happened during Autumn 2023 with online information including Harlow Walking and Cycling | Essex County Council (essexhighways.org) as well as an in person event. The works are programmed to start construction at the end of May 2024 to run until November 2024.
