STEN Customer Experience Survey

We're interested in your views on the support and services you receive through your membership to the Smarter Travel for Essex Network (STEN).

When talking about support and services in this questionnaire, we're referring to the support you may currently get or have previously received from the Sustainable Travel Planning Team.

This questionnaire is aimed at all registered members of STEN.

Please complete the questionnaire as honestly as you can, as your views are important to us. By completing the questionnaire, you agree for your feedback to be used to inform the area of work related to sustainable travel planning services. Your responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and will only be used to inform and improve the STEN offering.
